Stream Checklist

Pre-Stream

Unplug the camera from power.

Turn the camera on.

Make sure the scenes are configured correctly.

Make sure the "Board Sound" audio fader is moving (when there is music or something playing through the sound system).

Select the "Starting Soon" scene.

Open Facebook Live, and enter the following in the title and description fields: " Live Service".

In Streamlabs OBS, click "Go Live", then enter the same title you entered in Facebook and enter "Thanks for joining us!" for the description.

Click "Go Live".

Start recording on the camera.

When it is time to start, switch to the "Preaching" scene.

When the singing starts, switch to the "Worship" scene.

Before the special music starts, switch to the "Be Back Soon" scene.

When preaching starts, switch to the "Preaching" scene.

Whenever appropriate, alternate between the "Preaching" and "Preaching with Powerpoint" scenes.

After the invitation prayer, switch to the "Thanks" scene.

Leave the "Thanks" scene running for a couple minutes, then click "End Stream" in Facebook.

Next, click "End Stream" in Streamlabs OBS.

Stop recording on the camera, turn the camera off, and shut the computer down.

Right-click on the "Camera" source in Streamlabs OBS and click on "Properties".
Click on the "Device" dropdown and select different devices until it shows the camera source in the correct place.
Repeat those steps for the "Powerpoint" source.
Make sure the "Board Sound" audio fader is moving (when there is music or something playing through the sound system). If it isn't, right-click the "Board Sound" source and click "Properties".
Click on the "Device" dropdown and select different devices until you see movement on the audio fader.

Make sure the "Use Persistent Stream Key" option is enabled in Facebook Live and wait a few seconds.

Make sure the "Facebook" platform is disabled and the "Real Facebook" platform is enabled.
